Lumina’s founder, Carla is a marathon runner and responsible for our successful trajectory. Owner of a unique spirit, whether for running or for business, our director is the mind, body and heart ahead of Lumina. Full of energy and smiles, she is ready to lead Lumina for the next 15 years.

Carlos has been working in the import and export market for 40 years and is the most experienced of the team. He is the leader on Latin America and Europe business. Carlos loves a healthy competition and to face new challenges.

Besides kitesurfing and playing guitar, he also leads Lumina’s new businesses! Observant, disciplined, and strategic, Gerson has a very keen technical and commercial eye. He keeps up with Lumina’s new business pace.

Welcoming and attentive to all details, she takes care of our customers with great care and dedication. With a vast business experience and owner of a unique patience, Adriana is an expert in international negotiation. Charisma and laughter are her signature.

Her passion for languages, especially English, led her professional choice to the universe of COMEX, where she applies the best solutions to design individualized services to clients.

A voracious reader, Patrícia works in Lumina’s administrative and financial area. Meticulous, she does not skimp on organization and excellence, especially with Lumina matters. In addition to good books, she also enjoys series and films. Patrícia dedicates part of her free time to volunteer work, offering tutoring and citizenship classes for children and teenagers.
